I never understood why I could find so much comfort, peace, joy, and light in Jesus Christ and so many of the people around me couldn't. It's the same Jesus Christ so why did I feel this way when others didn't. I have learned that you can't find comfort in someone you don't know. Jesus Christ is my person because I know him. I have cried to him, I have relied on his strength, I have given him my sins, I have poured my heart out to him. He knows me because I have let him in and we have gotten through my hard times together. He is my light in the darkness, he is my constant, my refuge in the storm, someone I know has always got my back, he cheers me on, he pushes me to be better, he heals me, and because of Him, I can keep trying. I am so grateful for the many chances we are given. I mess up every day but because of him I can learn, improve and try again. The scripture has become real to me. "Draw near unto me and I will draw near unto you; seek me diligently and ye shall find me; ask, and ye shall receive; knock, and it shall be opened unto you." He truly is there when we just go to him. His arms are always wide open to us and he pleads for us to come to find refuge in them. I am grateful to know my Savior. In the name of Jesus Christ, amen.

Bis bald!
