  Dodging pigeons Hello everybody! I hope you all had an amazing week and are listening to all the Christmas songs. One of my personal favorites is cold December night by Michael Buble. My comp goes home this week:(( I got told I'm gonna get a different one for 10 days and then I'll get a different one.. kinda weird hahaha maybe they only can take me for 10 days or something.. Okay, miracle time! We were walking outside with one of our friends and I saw this lady carrying cookies. I don't know why but I pointed her out and just said something about the cookies and then we kept walking. Like 45 minutes later as we were getting on our train we saw her from a ways away get on the same train. My comp and I have a rule that if we see the same person twice we have to talk to them but she was far away so we just got on where we were and sat down. I think God didn't like that we didn't go talk to her because like 5 minutes into our ride my comp goes...

  Hello everyone;))  Not gonna lie this week I just kinda felt down.. my comp goes home in 9 days right before Christmas and I think it's getting to me that I don't get to go with her and be with my fam for Christmas also idk why but I have just been struggling all around so that has been a little tough. However, God has been really helping me and for that, I am very grateful.  Friday we went street finding with our zone and before we went I prayed to have just one good conversation with someone. We hit the streets and I started searching for the one. I saw this girl and it was as clear as day that she was who I was supposed to talk to. I went up to her not knowing what I was gonna say. And what came out was definitely not what I expected. I straight up told her I am from America, I miss my home and family, and that being here is really hard.   Hallo meine lieben! Pet Skunk This past week it's dropped like a million degrees and I am just cold all the time. It's like a humid cold and man it's brutal. It's just gonna get worse too so I'm not excited for that…  A pretty eventful week! I got told by a guy, "I want you to be my epa!" Ya no clue what that meant.. I asked him what he meant and he said, "I want you to be my Savior!" I told him we could meet and talk about the Savior and he immediately responded, "yes you give me address to church, I go and do whatever you tell me to. Amen hallelujah!" Lil weird but hey maybe he'll come to church! I also held a skunk and then got chased around by a little girl carrying it, telling me to smell somewhere not pleasant.. hahaha I wasn't about to do that… and I was literally scared running for my life. Never in a million years would I have thought I would be running away from a little girl carrying her pet skunk but here we are.  ...
