Week 46: frohe Weihnachten
My new comp Sister Shupe Welcome back to another crazy week! I dropped Sister Newby off on Thursday morning and picked my new comp up that afternoon. Friday afternoon I got a phone call from one of the senior couples saying that Sister Newby has Covid and that she couldn't get on her flight back home… soooo sad! Pray that she can get a negative test on Wednesday so she can fly home before Christmas! I am the most at risk to get it since we have been together the last 4 weeks so hopefully I'm okay. Christmas in quarantine is not ideal.. so ya that's been kinda crazy. We decided to do some Book of Mormon drop offs this week and wow coolest thing happened. It was our first drop off of the day and all we had was this guy's name and address. Sister Newby told me he was an older man who didn't have a phone and that he was so excited to get a Book of Mormon that he literally tried paying her to make sure he got it.
