Week 64: I'm pregnant! (This means Addi is a trainer to a new missionary- funny terms)
You heard it, I'm gonna be a mom! Stressed? a little… excited? Very! She gets here in about 2 hours and I'm freaking out a little! Send prayers my way:))
I don't have tons of time but we had some amazing miracles this week so I'll share them very quickly!
- We had 3 friends at church on Sunday!! Nothing better than greeting people at the door and then seeing a friend walk up. Ah God is so good.
- On a train, we sat next to a family from Ukraine and we just offered to help them with whatever they needed and they were so nice, and then saw one of our Jesus pass along cards and the mom goes, "I believe" it was so tender and they said they will come to church on Sunday!!
-Sister Atwood and I had the best heart to heart while finding and also saw soooo many miracles on the street. We met the cutest gal that had no idea what her purpose was and we were able to tell her that with Jesus Christ she can find it. Her eyes lit up with hope as we talked and it was the coolest thing. She was so excited to learn more and it was just one of the smoothest spirit-led conversations I've ever had. We also wanted to give out a Book of Mormon and tried and tried and tried and finally, we just stopped and prayed. We had about 5 minutes left before we had to leave and we were determined. We saw a guy and we were like yup and went and talked to him and were able to have an amazing conversation with him. So cool that it took some time (literally like the last minute) but God answered our prayer.
There's more but I gotta go but just know that the god is there and is always listening and if you need a reminder about how much he loves you go read 3 Nephi 17. I highly recommend it. Our Savior prays for us, heals us, weeps with us, blesses us, loves us, and is simply always there. I am grateful for the scriptures and how they can change a hard day completely around. God is so good. I probably say that every other email but it is true.
3 Nephi 17:21
If you have any parenting tips send them my way! Tschau zäme!
-Sister Hunt!!
