Week 48: I am old...

Hey guys! Update for the week is that I am officially old! The big 20… so crazy! I had such a good birthday and felt so loved! Thank you for all the kind messages!

The week was good. I got my new comp, sister Marriott, and she is such a sweetheart. I am excited for the things we have planned. There is lots of work to do and we are about to work our butts off. We were able to go by a man's house this week and drop off a book of mormon. He was so cool and invited us in and we were able to sit down and talk about what he's searching for. He told us there was a time where he didn't believe there was a God and that he lost him but that he's trying to find him again. He reads his Bible a lot and is excited to read the Book of Mormon with it. It was so cool to see the excitement he had about how they go hand in hand. We are going back this week to teach him again and I'm super excited!!

I can't believe it's 2022. This week I have been trying to figure out what I want my goals to be for the year and it's been a struggle for me. I've been praying a lot about what I should do and strive for. I found a super cool thing that you can do with your patriarchal blessing that gives 4 steps on finding who you are and becoming the person heavenly father wants you to be. Man what an answer to a prayer that was. It was amazing doing the steps and really seeing what God sees in me now and what he sees me to be. It was the perfect thing to help me set my goals. Also it was like a pep talk from God and I think everyone should get one of those. I'll send the 4 steps in one of my pictures. I encourage you to do these 4 steps and to really see who you are to God. I promise it will give you direction and you will be able to feel his love for you. If you don't know what a patriarchal blessing is and want to know, send me an email back or if you haven't gotten yours yet, get excited because it's the best thing ever.

God is real and there and he sees so much potential in us. He can make us into something better when we let him.
